WeAreTheFolks offers international shipping across the world!

 

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout, and products will be delivered by local post services and couriers depending on your country and location. All products are carefully packaged to ensure that they will be delivered safely.

 

Depending on countries, we ship with Fedex, USPS, DHL and DPD.

 

All products in WATF Art Store are created on demand, meaning they require production time which is separate from shipping time. Art Calendars are fulfilled separately by another vendor so if you purchase Art Calendars and Wall Art Products (Art prints, Canvas) together, they will arrive in separate shipments.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders will be dispatched within 5 business days of purchase date with standard shipping. You will receive your tracking number to track the details of your shipment. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

 

Shipping prices depend on the size of prints ordered and the destination. The tracking code will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail that you will receive when your order is shipped. It can take up to 24 hours before your order can be tracked.

 

Bear in mind that delivery time is only an estimate. Most of the time, parcels are delayed due to the customs control of each country. WeAreTheFolks is unfortunately not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.  So, please, keep that in mind when you are placing an order as an occasional gift.

This is the estimated shipping times it usually takes for the post to deliver your order:

 

USA Orders: 5-8 business days. It takes 6-10 days for Canada.

European Orders: 5-10 business days

Other countries: 10-20 business days

IMPORT CHARGES

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. We have no control over additional charges that may occur when a parcel arrives at its international destination.

 

WeAreTheFolks is not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, duties or extra courier handling fees for customs procedures that might occur custom taxes that may apply in their country. Please note that you will not be refunded for your order if you do not proceed with your requirements to clear your package or simply leave your package at the customs

 

PACKAGING

 

Each product is packaged based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.

Art print posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps.

Canvases are shipped in corrugated boxes, ranging in dimensions of 12x18x2 to 28x38x6.

Framed Art prints are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.
